Just perusing and I had to answer since no one really touched the answers yet fully and then I will state opinion:

**Firstly you are really lucky you got off so easy. You must have had a child loving judge and also live in the midwest. This would not fly in the city.**

1.- Very worst case scenario, you would be taken to Juvenile detention until your family and yourself speak to a judge. IF this is your first offense you will get a slap on the wrist, community service and most likely a psychiatric evaluation. BUT after that your file will be sent to dept of children and families and you will have a case worker follow up on you because you are under 18 and see if you do drugs, etc and your patterns of behavior (if they are criminal and why -if its family related). IF they charge with anything, because you are a minor it will be taken off your record when you are 18. OR your family can pay to have it taken off your record within 30 days (depending on state law).

2. Yes, anything you say on record or in front of a clerk or witness can be used against you. When in trouble or doubt, learn to look down and shut the hell up. If you are under 18, you do not have to say anything until your family is present and contacted. If you are over 18, you can refuse to say anything to anyone until you have some form of representaion. Bear in mind, read the people and go from there.

3. No but your parents could be charged for neglect because of your actions and even be heavily fined and sent to jail for a day or so (again depending on the state and any past history you have).

After answering this, I have to say your actions were completely childish. Granted you are 15 yrs old but that is still the age to know the difference between right and wrong and dumb and dumber.

Yes you are at an age you probably want to experiment with everything under the moon- but ask yourself why- are you really THAT bored? are you really that completely devoid of social interaction? Does your family need to give you more love? I am not being a smartass with you I am just asking basic questions (usually why people do drugs in the first place). The things you do now can impact who you become as an adult. Remember that, kid.
