Trade relic shield to pop NM, drops one of the items needed for the Relic shield upgrade 1, alametha leather or something. If you die, you lose the relic shield.

The irony is that upgrading a relic shield is as incredibly gay as upgrading any other relic weapon, so we probably won't be seeing anyone with Aegis for a good 6-12 months.

That spot in Misareaux Coast is for something else altogether.

Anyway, the real question we should be asking is how the hell are people supposed to figure out most of these things since SE says absolutely nothing about it. Relic shield ??? is kind of self-explanatory, but some of the other stuff is so obscure that without data mining it'd be impossible to figure out.

That one pops a Gigas NM, hits a full Koenig Paladin for about 400 damage I was told.

Friends on Ragnarok beat it last night, drops the new STR+5, Evade+3 ,Enhances all "Killer Effects" shield and anyone fighting the NM will constantly be intimidated.

As someone already stated the only thing it drops is Amalthia Leather used in upgrading the shield.

Was the PLD in full koenig a taru? Because it hits me for 150 a hit and i am far from full koenig. We killed it 3 times last night and got 1 shield.
