The actual bonus off the necklace is about 5.8%, but dunno if the actual bonus value can go any higher or how it would.

well, weenie in our LS tested it very extensivly, gave more then 5.8 for sure. so there must be something else that effects how much the bonus is.

just spent about 30 min testing it myself again, and with weskit and manillas you get +8 MAB, i then removed those items and put on the pendent..... did the exact same dmg. That can only mean its +8.

Got mine last night and toyed with it some today, notice my last 2 nukes, during both of which I was just under 50% MP. I like the pendant a lot :D, and yeah 8 Magic Atk. Bonus sounds right. For having no food, no etude, no MB, I'm pleased with 2071. If anyone breaks that, lemme know~ (Sewer Syrup and cheesy mobs in sea don't count XD)

No no no. I heard that the latent effect is activated when you have 50% or less MP, but the MAB strength is based off of Tonberry Rancor. (And can cap at +10 MAB.)

Septy I'm thinking this is the case. Everyone is reporting different numbers. There are certain people that report like *exactly* 5.3% (which may be no hate), and then several at 7, and several at 8.

There is some variable, whether it's hate or maybe MP% left or whatever. hate sounds likely though, tonberries are crazy like that.

i know it makes my magic atk. bonus go up a lot (i failed math so i don't have numbers) and i get hit for like 2k with everyone's grudge, so its very likely that this is in fact the case.

I took a 11249 Everyones Rancor 2 nights ago.... my tonberry hate is totaly out of control. However i just erased my tonberry hate tonight AND THE EFFECT OF THE PENDENT DID NO CHANGE. Exact same bonus as before...... its not based off tonberry hate....

The variable may just be partial resists or something mundane like that.
