Just think of all the time you wasted camping HNM's...lets see. lets say 2 hours each camp, 3 HNM's...6 hours per day. 7 days in a week, 7x6 = 42 hours in a week wasted camping HNM's. 30 days in a month, 42x30 = 1260 hours...in just one month, wasted camping HNM's.

1-75 (cap 75) is a total 845350 xp gained. Now, lets say you XP a VERY dismal 3k / hour for your career from 1-75, you take (845350 / 3000), and you get 281.783...282 hours to lvl from 1-75 with a dismal 3k / hour. So, in one month, if you didnt waste your precious time watching 3kings pop claimed, you could of lvled (1260/282) 4 jobs to 75, and leveled another to 63.


Been camping kings for 4 months ??
1260 x 4 = 5040 hours wasted.
5040 / 282 = all jobs to 75 with merits.


simple math > you.

(take note that this isnt even taking into consideration that you dont NEED all jobs to 75, but just level 66...I'm just defending Mumu right now. I spoke to him momentarily, he's a nice guy; doesn't need trash like you belittling him behind his back.)

May want to factor in the small things like looking for party time, which on some jobs at some levels can be HOURS and HOURS. Next take into account that at somepoint you will have to either farm, craft, or everyones favorite of setting up your own personal Casino in Lower Jueno.

If we go along with the origional posters path of logic and we fix the errors we get:

3000x6 = 18,000 exp/day
18,000x7 = 126K exp/week
or
18Kx 30 = 540K exp/month

One job to 75 takes 845,350 exp so:
845,350/540,000 = 1.54 months to get 1 job to 75

With 14 jobs total it would take
1.54 x 14 = 21.91 months to get all jobs to 75 ~ 1.8 years of soild exp.

Who ever the guy is that did this he must be nuts.

let me try this again:

average of 2 hours at each king camp, 3 kings / day, is 6 hours per day. multiply by 30 = 180 hours / month wasted. Total xp from 1-75cap hasnt changed (845,350). Now if you XP at a dismal 3k / hour from 1-75 (good parties can make 4k / hour in valkurm, and I've heard people doing up to 5k around lv35..but those are variables I wont take into consideration), you can make (180x3000) 540000 xp in a month if you werent busy watching JP's out voke you on kings.

Ya, that number seems more realistic.


JP's have had FFXI for what, 3 years now ?? Lets say he spent 2 years of that lvling his jobs to 75 at this dismal 3k / hour. 540000 x 24 (months) = 12,960,000 xp. 12,960,000 / 845,350 = 15 jobs. and thats JUST with 6 hours per day...roughly the same amount of time you waste watching JP's make kings pop purple.

I dont know about you, but it takes me about 1 minute to take a whiz.
Taking a poop is slighly longer, but I'm sure if I told my party "brb 5 min, I gotta take a crap", they would be understanding...
I am fully capable of having supper at my computer.

Plus you don´t know if he did Static with some of his jobs, like for Dragoon !

So i bet he has 100% all jobs 75, and also done other stuff Dynamis HNM ect...! With the time FF XI is out in JP yet.

And 3k average is good to calculate, cause it takes also, the seeking for pt, gather together, go to camp, deaths, bad pt, ect ! I guess to 75 the average is like 3-4k/hour.

But well... I don´t want all jobs to 75, sure it would be cool, but HEY... this is a waste of time, as long you can´t play all jobs at the same time, and once u got all to 75, you can only do Dynamis, HNM and lvl Merits in sky (or whatever).. i rather have 1-3 HIgh lvl jobs and all others in diff. ranges for diff stuff.... ! + Real Life (Can i have it)

he proably got his drg to 75 when drg use to be good. YES drg was good back in the old days they could get TP faster then sam with out meditateing. then drgs got fucked over.

You have to realise. There are tiers to FFXI addiction.

They go from:

-JP
-Kuniva
-Spending all free time on FFXI, and time that is meant to be spent doing work
-Spending all free time on FFXI
-Spending a few hours a day on FFXI
-Casual gamer

250+300+312 in about 4 minutes and it can go higher in duo/trios because there is basically no rest.

Before the update, I asked one of my friends how long it took him to get his beastmaster to 75 and he said 1 month.

90% of the time you exp in places where no other people PT at. The only place i can think of is garlaige and i hardly see any gilsellers there (well, serket)

But the fact of the matter is there are some levels that just suck, from 68-72 you need a party of 3-4 bsts if you want to get decent exp, the only problem is on my server gil farmers now exp in boyhada tree. There are other levels that are almost as bad but I seriously doubt anyone could take bst all the way to 75 in less then 2 months (maybe with a R3/PL).

boyhada is fun and gilsellers have started to invade it now (Aquarius) but there is now way they will get the goob area because beastmasters would simply MPK them to death.
