Assuming I'm supposed to be looking at Latency here, it's actually HIGHER than what I had before. oO;;;
Unless, of course, I'm completely wrong and I should be looking at something else...
my LS recently did a test just like this and so far i had the best latency, we think it may be due to my location, bay area of cali being closer to japan server, no clue on the validity of that though. I had results of 149, 145, and 145 when not logged in the game.
