Did anyone else just have to pay Square an additional $8 to reactivate all thier characters?

Sitting in Tavnazia, R0, dc'd. Log back in and got a small update then was told I owe SE 8 bucks if I want to keep my main character and my mules.

No official release on POL site about it either. Wtf is going on? I think I need some "Bad Dudes" to rescue my hostage characters from SE...

At the following time, we performed a PlayOnline Viewer version update.

Looks like they fixed some things... but fucked up even more -.-;;

Did it specifically tell you that your account has been disabled and your content id has been suspended?

At first I could log in fine, but it said I have no content ID's.

But then I exit POL and try to get back in. That is when it says my account was suspended. It said if I would like to reactivate it, but I can't because of maintenence.

I'm back on, had to reactivate everything. Wonder if they will charge me more since I guess I cancelled and reactivate my ID's

You need to get the small update before you can reactivate, however in classic "we refuse to have 3rd party hosts for our patches" SE style you're probably unable to update.

Once you do, you'll find that your content id's have all been suspended and require reactivation. Which is fine, your character is not dead.

My only issue is the $8 they're charging for the reactivation.
