I'm just saying it's a bad thing and that both side are doing. But since you can't hunt down the receiving end, you take out the one that's distributing it. Your analogy was way off. A gun can be put to good use, what kind of good use can RMT give you. It can't, hence it's like a drug.

Yesterday - a RL friend called me up and was asking my advice on what she should farm in FFXI for gil (i got her hooked when i was in the dorm), and after I really had no good answer (farming is shit cause of chinese dragoons) - she said she was thinking about RMTing.

The item she has been trying to get is a Jujitsu Gi.

They are 600k now on our server.

Wanna know why?

they aren't always right, but most of the time the seller takes the blame. And if you want to stop the action all together, logically you would start with the sellers, not the buyers.

and arwyn, no i'm not from US, I did not take those SATs. How that is related to this is beyond me, but since it seems like you like to bring unrelated topics into your argument, i'm not going to make a rude comment about it. And yes, it is ok to sell gil if the gilseller has 8 kids to feed, 2 sick parents, a dog that has 3 legs, and a wife that weighs 280 pounds. Any other situations you want to throw at me?

Dear disgruntled Bard-Judah---->The time you spend trolling forums and checking on the location of gillsellers you probably could have helped your friend farm the gil. Sunboy wouldn't waste their time camping that NM, and if you couldn't think of any good way for your friend to make 600k I can't help but wonder if you RMT for your gil. Fantajii took 5 people into Dynamis with them because they were friends of some members and wanted to help them out and experience dynamis, they recieved nothing for it...as for learning tactics, as has been stated those can be found on about 50 websites at least. Fantajii did not help them camp any HNM, much less that NM that you're not good enough to claim over some lowly gillseller that you think so poorly of. Fantajii in no way condones RMTing and has stated a number of times they are against it, you are a pathetic little forum troll and the best thing you can do with your time is try to create drama and blame others for your shortcomings.
