In final thought if people are still giving you shit over these Cuisses, perhaps you should try and find another Sky/HNMLS where your hard work will be appreciated, regardless of what you choose to lot on after countless hours (technically days, 84 hours = 3days, 12hours) of commitment. you should see the greed on Quetzalcoatl.. people getting the win and/or AF outta a dynamis and then never showing up for that Dynamis run.. people lotting on things which are against the rules (in HNM/God/random Events/Dynamis) and then people MPKing other LSs and Stealing from other LSs. The people that expect a level 75 player to help them with AF instead of finding others to work together towards AF. People that make plans with one party to do CoP Missions or ZMs and then just blowing off that group to do it with another group so they can get it done sooner and then not returning to that group they made plans with to do the scheduled runs with... it makes me sick really.. but I don't doubt that all Servers have people like that.. I haven't been on other servers so I really haven't seen first hand.. but from what I've read.. Quetzalcoatl might have a good economy (sorta.. cheaper prices) but more idiots/assholes/selfish people

it does occur on a daily basis.. every Serket hunt is a big MPK fest with the gilsellers.. if you try Adamantoise or Aspid.. Lucifar, the king of anti-NA assholes among the JP community, will have your group MPKed by his LS or will steal from you. Fafnir/Nidhogg is the same deal.. but with Ailia (leader of another JP LS that has a few NA in it). MPK fest.. with botters and cheaters... KB.. well.. I suspect botters or packet sniffers but I have no proof other than the amazing shit I've seen from Cashell's LS (though Cashell himself has always been a very nice person to me). And Serket and Roc (these baby retarded HNMs ><)... steal fest galore... "Cure IV invincable run away!" steals.. it's dumb shit like this that makes the game suck.. for everyone.. and from what I've read on The Order's website.. they've had some run ins with botters and the like ><

we try but the wait list is like 30 people and we usually dont hear anything till like an hour after the fact

I dont have w.legs. I've fought kirin as rng and rdm. I can tell you the survival rate when you get hate as a RANGER is a lot higher simply because of Utsusemi. Magical Blink is a joke when you need to block the tail for bind or deadly hold that can probably one-shot you. It randomly decides your fate. (oh, and if you're stupid, rdms get hate by healing people pretty easily)

Anyway, if anyone asked me about priority, I'd put PLD first then ranger and rdm in the same class second. If there is a points system, you should just follow it. The DRK has so many points because there isn't a full wardrobe for them up in sky (and in dual layers cough*crimson*) like there is for rangers&ninjas. Most LSs are sky only nowadays from what I've noticed.

Also, if you do dynamis-xarc (or even dynamis-canada) regularly... RDMs would love the damn w.legs.

Moggy I disagree with what you said, because each LS and people in it have different levels of devotion and responsibility towards HNM raids. If your LS consists of people who work towards improving themselves to make kills better, why would you gives something like crimson mask to DRK? Yes, perhaps the DRK more points and has the right to lot on it, but he should know better than to lot on a vanity item that actually will be more beneficial to a RDM than DRK.

It all comes down to case by case basis and the people LS consists of. If people put their own greed ahead of benefit of entire LS, than they deserve to be kicked. Loyalty is something rarely seen these days.

Than again I live a dream world where people are cnsiderate and caring and strive for better of the group.

It is a game but in the same sense it can be looked at as what you just said. Think about it, you bring not 10 or 20 people but 1000's and tell them you can be whatever you want and have amazing abilities to save people or to hurt things. It would be interesting to see who people really are (via Teamspeak and RL meetings) and the characters they chose. Of course you would have to base this on the initial character selection, because it becomes corrupt after people expierience the "Fun or interesting factor" of a character.

if there wasn't a point system i would agree that rdm should get it first, but depends on individuals. there are heaps of rdm that will turn up to KB and then nothing else cos KB drops w.abj head. i would rather give w.abj head to a drk, drg, pld (fcuk the rng) if they always turn up than a rdm that will get the abj then piss off doing whatever he wants

leaders deciding is imo very flawed, competent or not leaders will never know how hard each person actually worked, i've watched half the whm afk at sky while others work their butt off to keep tanks alive, then somehow the afk whm is always there when items drop, but leaders never see that (bored bards like me that watch what everyone does sees it hahaha)

maybe a voting system with nominations within ls would be a good idea, obviuosly if a person helps everyone out ppl will vote for him and those who pops when NM's die will get the shaft they deserves

Once more who deserves a Crimson Mask, a DRK who comes to everything, or a RDM who can only be bothered to come to events when it drops things that he/she needs? Yes, Crimson Mask is better suited for a RDM, but what good is it going to do anyone if that mask is not put to use for the linkshell.

Some items are better suited to some jobs, but I think that dedication should be a large factor as well.
