whats funny is batman is actually in more comics per month than wolverine, except there is actual continuity between all the bat books, except wolverine is like "Captured for the last 6 months in here, yet still active at the school in 2 places at once"

But Batman is a much more compelling character than Wolverine will ever hope to be. Are you sure that Batman is in more books than Wolverine? Wolverine is in all three X-Men, two of his own, and New Avengers. Batman is in three of his own books, JLA, and Superman/Batman. I might be missing something (because I don't really follow Batman), but that's all I can come up with from the top of my head.

But that whole" captured by the Hand and brainwashed to be their priemeir assassin" thing has got to be on of the worst storylines marvel has ever come up with. They really need to make some changes from the top to the bottom or they are going to remain a joke.

No, this is a recent storyline where the Hand captured him and he killed a bunch of people. (Like Northstar) It is utterly ridiculous that this is going on while he is in two X-Men books, two of his own books, and the Avengers. Continuity (Can I have it?)

There are about 5 different batman comics where he is main, JL, JLE, as well as a primary reoccuring character in Batgirl, Robin, Nightwing, and the gothan PD comic. He also makes significant appearances in Teen Titans and the Outsiders.
When I was reading batgirl I almost forgot it wasnt his series he was in it so much.
But yes, he is a much better character than Wolverine, and you cant actually beat Batman, he is invincible.

There was an official count a few months ago, Wolverine had 14, Batman had 17.
