If anything, +23 DMG fucking owns... and I don't think stage 4 can do 3x damage anyway. I don't think extending Light is useful anyway considering in most EXP PTs MNKs solo WS and for HNMs you Chi Blast, and if you use /THF in EXP or Wyrms (extended light? Yeah right) you should be shot by Koy.
