Ex, yes, I'm aware of the Gold Orcmask, but I meant Rare/EX tagged. Matter of fact that Gold Orcmask thing is a popular GS money maker, I think a stack of ingots on Fairy is up over a million or so? I'll be happy when I get my GS subcraft that high >.> Gotta get Leathercraft up to 60 first though, as well as keep Cloth going up asap =\ I should really get my specs, but just can't afford the materials right now to do continuous GP for like the next month <.<

Wish they would give BLM's more options for hands and feet, the current items are "ok" but come on Iqira Hurranches is made from that rare ass shell... and Iqira Hands are just underpowered. Meanwhile whms are getting haste/mp/haste/+to abilities. Brds get quicker recasts/chr/haste.

Those traits are really amazing for bards/whms except for the body and boots, most of the iqira set is a buy if you want it thing

Underpowered? 64 BLMs can beat Dynamis - Xarcabard and you're saying underpowered? I'd like to see 64 RDM/RNGs tear through Dynamis - Xarcabard with that "badass" JSE. Gogo Sidewinder -.- Please, BLMs have it far from shafted.

The only reports I can find is of high-level clothiers desynthing these.

Of course, if SE was mean, they'd make it cap ~65 leather. Because almost all high-level clothiers have maxed leather, and that would jack fail rates to 90%+

I might be trying this tonight, not sure. It'll be a kick to the nuts if I break it but at least I'll have screenshots.

I'll probably give this a go when my skill gets up there, still only 52 Cloth, gotta be 53 soon. I've been looking at some synths and might have an alternative to Green Ribbons (at least until 56), so hopefully that'll help cut my losses a bit. As per Silk Headbands, I'm still screwed @.@ The gap between Green Ribbon cap and Rainbow Thread is just too huge, even if I had both GP items and Adv. Support. I guess having the patience to farm materials helps some

as for desynthing relic/af2, i dont think you can.

There's rare/ex you can desynth, namely guardian armor. I'm willing to bet HQ3 of kirin's pole desynth is divine lumber =o
