Some people have said that when you dream of video game content, it means you're really obsessed with that game. Not that Cyprus is loony, cuz I've dreamed about FFXI more then once.

I was studying several clint eastwood films for school (film major in UCSD). One in particular was Pale Rider. I had an offshoot dream of that mixed with rl stuff and FFXI not too long ago.

So I'm walking back to my apartment when like six deputies and deputy Stockburn (from the Pale Rider movie) come and lead me to a remote cabin in like north California. It was pretty much in the plains area but you could see tall mountains and redwood forests in the distance. Next thing, I'm sitting on a wooden stool with my hands crossed and I'm listening to them talking about other plans. It's strange that they didn't even bother to tie me up or something.

One of the plans Stockburn had was to assassinate Mayor Edwardtheblack (WTF) as he was making his trip out from town at roughly 5:19pm four miles from the cabin. So they leave the cabin but I'm still in there. I open my backpack and get out my cellphone (no clocks on the walls in 1850) and it reads 5:00. So I have like 19 minutes to get to Edward and warn him..or something like that. I exit the cabin (the door was unlocked) and I find this chocobo. I take it and start dashing 4 miles north and what do I see? There's Edwardtheblack in his PLD AF (this was before he got Koenig Cuirass) on a wagon with 2 horses. Behind him is faint dust kicking up on the dirt track and it just happens to be the 6 deputies and Stockburn. I yell to Edward "Edward, get out of there!" and then shots are fired. He kicks up his wagon and makes a break for it. I too make myself hidden in the bushes next to the dirt trail and the deputies pass me and never noticed me giving out the warning.

Next I decide to go to town and warn the townsfold that people are after the mayor. When I get there, I go to my friend's house (who happens to be in 1850 too) and I tell him 'dude, people are after the mayor'. And he decides to open up his stash of weapons from grenades to USPs to M-16 rifles. And that's when I woke up because it started getting a little wierd. ~.~

Me i wake up from dreams when the weirdness reaches levels such as:

Running from a monster by running up a limitless wall and then clawing trough the roof with my bare teeths, finding it delicious and spitting the seeds on the angel that was chasing me.

or

I suddenly realize my mom has an incorporated TV in her nostril and forgot to tape the Simpsons, so I kick the sofa with the lawnmower for revenge.

I DID dream about the last 2 things toward the end of my last few sleeps, so call me weird all you want, I fuckin love my brain.

When I used to have to wake up at the ass-crack of dawn and drive to work, i'd usually drift in and out of sleep while on the HOV lane. I'd visualize myself putting the car in front of me on Auto-Follow. One day, while dozing off and doing that I realized, "What if this car stops, i'll hit him... maybe I shouldn't Auto-Follow"

I swear... I have no clue as to how I never got into an accident.
