Elemental Seal affects Ninjutsu. Because I was to land Blind on a IT bat 5 times in a row with it. And got resisted when I didn't use Elemental Seal 100%.

Makes plenty of sense. Elemental Seal increases magic accuracy (I think, haven't played in a while), so.. it only makes sense that Ninja spells would be more accurate and land more often.

Oh. Well, it's actually a ~90 damage base, with staves, INT gear, JT MATK+, and HQ staves kicking it to around 150-170 (as taru) with the earring adding around 7.

Any NIN try subbing BLM and using some Yasha gear? I'm interested in setting up my NIN at 75 with a few pieces of the Yasha set, along with the AF2 that is NinjutsuSkl+ and NinjutsuDmg+(after tests, if it sucks I'll go back to the AF1 NinjutsuSkl+) with hands that have some INT along with it (yasha hands blow for this, 'cause they're parry+ and nothing else.) I'd be going with Yasha Legs, Yasha Body, and AF hands, feet, and af1/2 head. If you've tried DDing as NIN/BLM with this setup, with all the other INT+ and HQ staves etc, say something. >.>; If not... I guess I'll have to wait a while to find out what happens.

I did NIN/BLM(RDM) with Kirin osode, AF2 head and feet, moldavite, snow rings, staves, etc etc etc - 220 or 240 on a rabbit. 140-170 on some BC mobs. And more than likely crappy on anything you'd level on because 70+ your katnas do more damage anyway. Hit for 50-70 per hand, then 600-800 Jin or.. spam ninjutsu and use /gil toss.

For marathoned mobs though, or just trying decked out debuffs on HNMs - it's not bad. But it's usefulness only lasts for like.. 15-18 levels or so.
