I dont understand why you guys poo poo /drg but think /sam is perfectly acceptable. Huh?

/sam gives you 60% tp gain every 3 mins and NOTHING else. whoo-frickin-whoo. At least drg brings more str, two jumps, more acc and more att. /sam on ANY job is useless.

It seems some of you still can't let go of the glory days before the TP gain nerf. It's been like a year and a half now since that update. Get over it.

The one thing I see that /drg gives a monk over a /war is the latent effect of fun+1.

Because as WAR/DRG with barone gear the max TP return over 3 mins from the extra jumps is 54% IF all land. Big IF there. SAM is gauranteed 60tp every 3mins.

incorrect. max is 108% since u can double attack on all jump and get double TP, but besides that meditate does no dmg, 3 jumps at level 62 average puts out 400 dmg

Heh... you realize how insanely rare it is to double attack a jump, right? Subbed a jump will do about 100~ on too weak. Thats less then my drg does on IT, on IT if I did manage to hit it would be about 50 dmg. So 150 dmg every 3 mins...woot woot

Since my beloved Lujan has left the Bahamut server, I have been missing Galkan companionship. I think that we need to make a reality show where we round up a few dozen Galkas and every week I vote half of them out until there is only one left. (The ones that stay get a subligar, instead of a red rose.) Chixxor would be perfect for the show's MC. What do you think?

PS: double attack gets alot more tp than jumps let alone jumps miss and /drg jumps miss alot... that leaves you with a little acc and +5% haste which war can get by subbing nin(lvl 25 trait). So..yea no reason to ever sub it, unless for drk/drg Balista fun

That was a fairly useless thread. I tried to make a point to make it better, but people ignored it and it stayed useless. So then I attempted a charm, knowing that Chixxor (and several others) would gleefully help. The charm worked, but someone came along and uncharmed it. It is much harder to charm a thread on Alakazham because there are a lot of utter morons and trolls there.

But it was a very good example of how to set up a thread charm. (I consider myself a forum Beastmaster.)

With /NIN i get +15% haste on attacks, so that takes care of the haste earring.

/NIN..fuck tanks, I'm a tank. No need to shed hate.

7% tp per axe. With double attack merits and af1 boots I double attack a lot. Quite often I will hit 8-12 times in a row with axes because of haste+so many double attacks. Ya, that owns your jump tp gain
