Nah, attestation is from a NM shadow in Dynamis-Beaucidine. Animated Longsword has the fragment needed for the final upgrade.

Animated long sword drops the fragment used in the Final upgrade of the one handed sword (RDM/PLD) Excalibur. It's in Dynamis Xarcabard and is up as soon as you enter. When you aggro him he spawns about 5-8 Satalite Long swords which assist him. You have about 30seconds - 1minute to defeat an animated weapon before they warp away. And yea, they use the weapon's special Weapon skill on you to. I blinked Conoroch from the animated gun when I got my fragment. :3

Hey now. PLD have an enhancing skill, so PLD/RDM will allow them to use Phalanx and Stoneskin. (*'.')

Paladin Enhancing is only to satisfy the Protect and Shell spells though.

Are you essentially fighting 8 longswords at a time, this Animated Longsword? And if you kill the one you're after, the others will still live so you have to take them all down?
