How do you define what is "right" or "wrong" in a game everyone pay 12buck to play and enjoy when some people are abusing of something? There isn't much left to do in this game beside killing the few big NM, unless you are masochist and enjoy leveling to eventually get your maat's cap.
What I'm saying isnt to mpk people to piss them off, or to steal to gain more than other, it's just to give everyone the same chance at the endgame instead of a few lucky people who live closer from server.

I don't hold any grudge against Jp for whoring the NM, they do it because they can and I know NA ls would do it too if they could. My position about the situation would be the same if a NA ls would be botting those NM or mysteriously winning all claim.

I wouldn't go camp these at all if it's a wild mpk fest everytime. Theres plenty of less frustrating things you could do if you have the time for it. Do the wyrms, do the enms, or just quit the game all together. I honestly don't think it's worth the frustration if you're placing the value of this game all on the 3 king nms.

There isnt that many people usually. They usually claim with 8-9 (12+ when good chance of nidhogg) against 15-16 of us. I'm not saying I never saw 70-80 ppl in aery but its not that crowded usually. I usually loer my graphic before this camp to make loading faster, but it's still pointless.

The only camp we have a *chance* is aspi because of the add and they can possibly screw up when they have small number. That said, we only got 3aspi ever

We haved camped fafnir well over 40 days without claiming and - and today would have been no different if we didn't step up. Arriving today at Fafnir there were FI, BG, FF, UDF, and some other JP ls which i forget the name (but they had multiple people wearing koenig bodies and were only there for about 30 minutes - i doubt they are crying right now). When SB claimed it - everyone is /sigh - of course, its rediculous seeing something popped claimed by another NA.. with all the bullshit suspicion about people using Bots, and the obvious admissions by some - this is a time right now where 'fair' isn't often 'fair'.

Now - what happened today may not have been 'fair' to some people, but let me try to explain my justification of the event. When SB started to wipe - people started to /random. I had recieved no tells anyone was going to random, nor anyone in my LS. None of us randomed. Before we even know whats going on - someone is saying some other person won the randoms and they are getting it. At this point, we call bullshit.

(note: i'm being told now that in the other thread windd is saying we spoke over say that we had the highest random. no one in LS said anything over say - with the exception of Jarek who mistyped that he skilled up)

I'm sorry if some peoples feelings got hurt, and I'm sorry if you feel the ... 30 minutes some of you spent out there was wasted... but when my LS camps something over 40 times with never getting claim - and we're saposed to random against UDF (who i've never seen in aery) or FF (who wiped to darters twice the other day) - you have to be fucking kidding me. About a month ago - FI wiped at like 5%.. and Saphire blade had shown up /while they were fighting it/ and made us random. We lost that random which wasnt deserved in the first place.

I was not going to have my LS make that mistake again.

I don't think "NA" deserve it, I think people who camped it for one year trying to claim it legitimately deserve it, and they do. NM stealing won't stop anytime soon, not till those Jp agree with a change of rule that would be fair with everyone.

/random before each camp, or alternating everyday would work perfectly with me and many other player. However, I don't see that happening anytime soon because it would be stupid for them to give up half of the claim while they can get 100%. Hopefully, the current situation will lead to a new rule fair for everyone because thing are going nowhere if we don't try to change them.

I've probably lost more aspids/kbs/nidhoggs than most of the people on that server have ever camped. I think SE's content approach is lacking (6-7 of these to camp instead of 3 would be a huge improvement), and I think SE's policy is lacking (intentional stealing claims / MPKing should be enforced much more than it is now). But just because it might take 2 months of camping to get a dalmatica or E.Body under those situations doesn't mean I'm going to go try and steal a claim from some other LS just because I want the claim.

Stealing and MPKing is more likely to make the situation worse for NA players than it will help. The one time someone *does* get a legitimate claim, if you've been stealing claims from other LSes all this time then you might end up losing the one time you could've won. If the situation is SO bad on that server that *every* NA feels the same way about it, then have every single NA e-mail SE complaining about lack of content. The only way you're going to fix the issue is by getting SE to address the underlying content, otherwise any "solution" you try to find probably won't get you very far.

If you don't like the situation on your server so much that you feel it's hopeless, then go switch to another server or go play another game. This game does not revolve around HQ pops and if you think it does, you're only going to disappoint yourself.

Tell me this: have any NA LSes killed Tiamat, Jorm, or Vrtra on Ifrit? Have any NA Dynamis LSes killed Dynamis Lord? If they have, then they should realize that not being able to get Fafnirs or Nidhoggs is trivial compared to what they're going to be able to get in the future. And if they haven't, then maybe they should focus on those things instead of wasting all their time trying to claim something they can't.

Hi, I'm in the same LS with Kaylia. I want to make it clear that I could care less what others on other servers think of NA's on Ifrit. You can assume what you want based on the server you play on, but if you don't play on our server you don't know what our king situation is like.

However, I do want to make it clear that our LS has never stolen a king or mpk'd another LS at a king camp. Just recently, a few members of another NA LS has decided to start mpking all LS's with Asia-based players. We don't support this action, but we do find it entertaining...

That's the whole point. "Allowing" mpking/stealing just give everyone the same chance at the endgame everybody had the right to expect despite the unfair claiming system. I agree it's kinda sad, but there is no other way to change thing, unless you prefer to leave thing as they are atm and wait for those LS to stop whoring king.

After a certain point you have to accept the fact that there are certain limitations that you have to work out. There are only 2 drops from those HNMs that actually matter, and while some of the rest might be extremely nice, in the end most of them just aren't important to the endgame. I would rather see only 1 of these abjurations every 2 months than act like a jackass about it. As far as it not being against the TOS, it should be, and if things go the way they should it'll get in there one way or another.

Games have rules, both formal and informal. It's possible to play games and adhere to the formal rules while breaking etiquette and making everyone not respect you. If that's the way you think this game should be played, that's your opinion but I wouldn't expect it to get you very far if you follow that path.

Like you, I want a game that's fair, but I'm not going to go about it the wrong way trying to fix it. If you want to be able to go PvP people because they took the spawn go play WoW.
