If you don't think that that is stealing you are a fucking asshat. It may not be stealing due to SE's terms, but it is by 95% of players. The game has wierd bugs, that I have witnessed, that cause random mobs (happened on Simurgh for us) to go unclaimed for half a second when just one person in alliance disengages. Does this give other people the right to spam voke and claim it when the party is doing fine? You can, but you are an asshat if you do. Also, KB is kited by almost every ls that claims it across all servers. During kiting, it goes unclaimed probably 4-5 the fight. It is stealing by the definition.
The point of this thread was to point out the GMs have gone too far. I do not believe this to be true, having rusty and killu on my server. Everyone on my server is glad to have them gone whenever they get banned/suspended. They are just annoying little kids.

What I suggest is to keep doing that. And again, look at it from SE's point of view. They are not going to listen to a few people saying the same thing in an email. A whole bunch of people (5k) on the otherhand...that will raise some eyebrows that something needs to be done.
