as Rusty and Killu have been banned, who do you think is the victorious party in the whole situation? Rusty and kill could say they have "won" considering the major impact they have made on the ffxi community (in my opinion). However, Caedmon is still in a job, and as the primary objective of the whole operation was for Killu to remove him from his position it could be said he has failed. Caedmon is probably laughing on his ass at all this .
