I think what Rusty & Killuminati are trying to say is that the GMs are using a double standard here.

They refuse to do anything about RMT toons because they never arrive in time to collect proof that they are harassing, mpking, etc. They can't prove that these people are selling gil when it's pretty obvious. Based on this lack of proof, they do nothing.

However, when it comes to Rusty and Killuminati, they take action without any proof, basically because they don't like the people. We're seeing the GMs let their own personal agendas and grudges enter into what should be unbiased rulings; we're seeing abuse of their privileges.
