Nope. We checked upstairs at the Luminance Convergerance (or whatever its stupid name is) and tried the BC again, nothing. I've read others saying that talked to all the relevent NPC's and still nothing. I still have "Dawn" open in my list so who knows.

I've heard a rumour of an NM called Nikoto but that's all it is so I dunno if I should post it lol.
