You can aspire to join BG, but those requirements are out dated. To have a much better chance of getting into BG(afaik), you'd need Sea access as well.

The problem about recruiting new/more members is that you always have to go back and assist them in things they could not have done with other linkshells or with other HNM linkshells. You either need to find an external method to meet or surpass the requisites, know people inside the linkshell so that you have good relations and a shot at recruitment (like film industry), or simply be a member of the linkshell when it first started or was very young.

For the most part and from my experience, endgame linkshells lock down recruitment once they become a veteran part of a server. There's just no time to backtrack for other people. Not putting you down though. Endgame situations vary from server to server (explayer from Caitsith), and there's always that sparkling beam over the horizon (Ys) that just might make the cut. 8)
