Rather, all of Heian's successes are due to kickbacks, bribes, black market double-dealing, outright thuggery, and unsavory political intrigue. It's our responsibility to throw down the gauntlet and challenge his mercenaries to remind him about the concept of truth in advertising. That's the first step in trying to address the legitimate anger, fear, and alienation of people who have been mobilized by Heian because they saw no other options for change, and it's the only way to halt the adulation heaped upon childish reprobates. He is far more interested in fattening himself on the various processes of decay in our society than he is in helping us change the world for the better. Think I'm exaggerating? Just ask any of the most valuable members of our community, and they'll all tell you how if he wants to leave a large part of this country's workforce dislocated and disillusioned, let him wear the opprobrium of that decision.

Given this context, we need to return to the idea that motivated this letter: The hour is late indeed. Fortunately, it's not yet too late to appeal not to the contented and satisfied, but embrace those tormented by suffering, those without peace, the unhappy and the discontented. Given the revolting political rhetoric of our times, Heian's adherents believe that Heian is as innocent as a newborn lamb. Not having someone tell you where to go to get the best gear and fight the new HNM. I saw that one coming. No, I did go with a bunch a friends and we all got sky together. I have not been in any god fights or HNM fights to be honest. I'm on a 72PLD. Im not wanted until I am 75. The difference between sky and sea is that when sky gods came out, there probably wasn't a single NA HNMLS in the game on any server (not counting importers). Sea is completely new to everybody, and it's not like people can't access it and try it out for themselves if they want to know what's in there so badly.

Even if you farm the Jailer of Faith until you get both a Third Virtue and a Deed of Placidity, you won't be able to pop things out in Al'Taieu if the ??? interpretations are accurate.

Also! I'm finding mobs that have NM prefixxes in their names. Oddly enough, these also have been the mob types the ???'s make mention.

Example:

Al'Taieu - Ru'Phuabo, Qn'Xzomit, Qn'Phuabo

The Grand Palace of Hu'Xzoi - Qn'Aern, Ix'Aern (I know of the Ix'Ghrah at the end of 8-2, not sure about either of the Aerns, though. There is one Jailer in the Palace, probably related to an Aern.)

The Garden of Ru'Hmet - Kf'Ghrah (most likely Jailer-related NM), Ix'Aern, Qn'Aern.

Its not Altieau, and the drop rate really sucks, we've been forced to bring an entire alliance and clear the zone of aerns to get a respectable amount of drops.

The ??? says “Bring mem ries hrah” Trading one "Ghrah M Chip" doesn't work. Has anyone got like a stack of them and traded yet? Since they kind of rare couldn't really test this. In FFXI if you trade over the right amount of something it will only take what is needed. It sounds like it asks for memories, the only memory items I know of are those from the promvions. Maybe its a compination of some amount of NQ chips along with the Ghrah M chip.
