Warrior has enough +haste% available to them atm -.-. Being able to sub ninja and increase DoT, not to mention the dual wield enhancement traits up to level 37, + supponanmi(sp?). This might actually be the first attainable piece of equipmenet to a non mnk/warrior/ninja melee with +haste%.

speed belt(sonic belt), swift belt, quick belt, byakko's haidate, dusk+1 pieces, panther mask, blitz ring, rapparee harness, bravo's subligar are all haste+ pieces that melee jobs other than nin/war/mnk can use. If I misunderstood and you meant equipment that is useable by other jobs but not mnk/nin/war as well, then I guess only rapparee harness and bravo's subligar fit as both are thf only.

Let me point to the word attainable. As in, speed belt is not attainable by the majority of players in game. And I meant heavy DD for DoT, and please don't try to start a flame with me.

And I meant a noticable amount of +haste%. Blitz ring will not do much. Dusk+1 is also not really attainable.

so the basic strat to kill him is rush him with TP/nukes/2hours? or have the ninja disengage, sit there keeping utsu up and let BLM nuke and melee get tp?

Yeah we fought it on Pandy... it's hard lol. Got it down to about 60% twice but it just regens it back. Our original plan went to shit when he did Earthpounder right as we started it. Kiting aimlessly worked well though, in the end we just quit though. Gilsellers stole it while we were fighting it, guess they wanted a V claw? Funny watching them die though.
