Good lord n' butter, that is a long maintenance. I think it would go over better for irate players if they could maybe refund us/them in some way, say with XP or not having to pay for that amount of time. But this IS Square-Enix, the company that can't seem to really listen to players correctly (selective hearing/reading perhaps?) and I highly doubt that either will occur at all. Just: "Sorry for inconvenience LOLOMGKTHNXBAI."

Then..... the 'aftershock' maintenances occur, after the main update is over, more updates to fix the update for bugs and whatnot.

Server machine upgrades? That's huge. I guess. Will it be smooth sailing once we get back online then? Guess we'll have to see how more inconvenienced we get.

At least I can stop R0'ing.

They changed the time to be the correct 18 hours in PST, it's now from August 8th at 8am to August 9th at 2am. Fun, so much for being in NA time =P

Wait, I remember the last time we had an update. I went outside, and there was this really bright thing in the sky, kind of like a lamp, but it wasn't connected to anything. I was so frightened that I ran back into my apartment and hid under my bed.

Was that the sun? We have one of those in the game, but I never really drew a connection between them until now.
