I dual box. I have a few friends accounts that I play when they're not on and we need them and I also have another character that I "acquired" from a friend that has a 75 BLM and 75 RDM that I use for powerleveling and wacky hijinx.

having two characters doesn't = 2 boxing.

2 boxing involves having both characters logged in and doing stuff at the same time.

if you always log off on one character to get on to the other character, that's not 2 boxing, that's simply owning 2 accounts.

Personally, I don't 2box myself. Though, I may give a try when the XBOX360 version comes out (if I can afford one come time of release) ^^;

when you're running multiple instances, is there a lag in typing? happened to me once and i couldn't stand it and abandoned trying and rather just run on a fast and a seperate but slow machine and not have this type-latency, just me or that known issue?

I can however Run EQ2 and FFXI with no problems.

I use to 2 box mine and Saza's (before Mtangel slaped him like a bitch and told him to change his password lol) now its mine and my IRL friends account for farming GO GO GO Gold Coins!!!!
