Eh there is a big differnece between a lvl 47 carrie (weak as fuck) and a 60+ carrie. So when you get from 70-75 than you will have a clue what I am talking about. When your carrie can solo coffer mobs and only lose 30% HP you will understand.

i already do understand, my point has been a Lv 23 jug shouldn't be able to solo coffer mobs and only lose 30% HP.

Thus that's why you need to level your bst more, because then you will understand why.


edit: i should say this better. Just because it's 23 does not mean it's 23. You can call him at 23 (Call Beast) but as you level, he levels with you everytime you call him.

I don't even see why it matters really ;o I have never heard an actual BST say something was wrong with the strongest jug being level 23, but other people in this thread.

I don't know why they chose carrie to be the highest capped affordable jug, but they did. It's cute and most of us are happy, except a select few it seems ;x

Ninja's get their nuking spells in what, early 40's?

At the level they get them I am led to believe they are a fairly incredible damage force. Yet, why dont Ninja's spam them beyond the few levels after that? Their damage becomes capped and the ninja can then do more damage simply swinging their weapons in the same time span..

In comparison, Utsusemi ichi and ni are still useful all the way to 75. Why is this?

Because SE made it so. Why do all these ninjutsu become comparatively redundant while the lvl 12 second ninjutsu you ever learned is as potent as the day you got it? Because SE decided that is how it is.

Carrie is useful to the end, he is a level 12 jug. Other pots are useful for different things and in different level ranges. Im currently lvl 62 BST and I use Warm Meat Broth for a lot of things currently, but when he no longer performs I will no longer use him..

it works well for tiamat and jormungand, vrtra uses sleepga, pets can't make hate, everybody gets sucked in and dies. it sucks.

Bst uses "Reward", pet wakes up, and cured HP is considered hate on your pet.

Although if he spams his wing many times in a row, bst are screwed due to reward timer.

About the ninjitsu, I still use my ninjitsu all the time to weaken resist to black mage / red mage nukes and then throw in double mbs for skillchains often depending on the monster. Also there's tons of stuff you're better off just flat out nuking instead of meleeing, such as whales in Al'Taieu when they put on Shock Spikes that do 35~ damage, or when hpemde's open their mouth and you don't have TP for jin. They're also incredibly useful for hate. By no means do they become dramatically useful at higher level, although I'll admit monsters can and will be bitches in terms of resistance.
