female players in HNMLSs?

just curious - what the girl/guy ratio is in other HNMLSs, and if so, are they more social or goal-oriented like the guys.

i've always thought guys dominate end game LSs and girls always ended up stuck being lvl 30s and doing crafting like cooking etc or joining some role play LS but just took a look at my LS and realized 1/4 of the active members are female.
