Didn't Avesta solo him in like 2hours?

Imagine the Sky LSs waiting on Avesta to finish. Who the fuck in fighting Genbu and why is it taking them 2hours.

That was my point.. I'd probably carry loads of drinks too. And he's really slow so if I can use some type of item/equip that makes me run faster, (I'd really prefer not to do striderboots.exe and probably wouldn't anyway)... Then I could probably run one end to the other and rest a tick or two.

Avesta did successfully solo Genbu, I was asking him about drops, no shield because he had one, Kabuto and W Abj Feet.

I'm sure it's possible to solo 99.9% of the monsters in this game if you play it right... But again 90% of those fights would deal with a lot of luck.

My guess is he'd be RDM/DRK. Genbu is not fast at all with Crimson leggings, he can easily out run Genbu (And probably get away from Flood.) As long as he kept up Blink and Stoneskin, I don't see how it could be extremely difficult.. I just see it as a hella long fight.

Any idea on if he did elemental or enfeebling merits? Elemental might be nice for nuking to dmg it more consistently while solo'ing but I'm no rdm so i was just wondering :D

Avesta is God.

Avesta has all the DMG% - equipment in the game, iirc. Macros in a full set of MND gear just for Stoneskin and shit.

I think he said Suzaku's next or something. Won't be too hard for him.

Probably with WAR SJ could Defender, throw a Dispel wind, and fight that shit straight up.

Soloed the Winter Stone, but Water's drop rate is too bad, plus Pot NM's area is not soloable, so i received help from friends. To avoid time conflict with other parties, I picked morning.

Damage source is elemental magics and DOT.
Even main BLM would get quarter-resist most of the time, rdm would certainly get all resisted...
