not because you quit for family reasons - people with RL issues are always given as much leniency as they need to deal with real life without having their member status jeopardized.

not even because you quit with ridill, because we've had 3 people quit with ridill prior to you. we've had people quit with dalmaticas and adaman hauberks, we're used to ingrates quitting the LS because you're by far not the first to quietly slip away with a shitload of stuff.

but because you said you intended to delete it, hen turned an opportunist when people were interested in 2boxing it, since it was getting trashed anyway. the first time you offered amarao was today, over 5 months since hte last time you logged on. don't bullshit and say you intended to give it to him, arwyn and nikkei both said you were going to just cancel and let it rot (which you did). you then turned around and asked 1000$ nothing less for it.

from above, obviously some people agree with this without even knowing what happened. i reactivated your 100% inactive (POL, FFXI, content IDs) account on jul 27 (4 days before the system would have deleted your characters and all your gear anyway) and used bgsouko to funnel your equipment into the LS fund. not a cent went to any individual, even though i told nobody at the time so i could have stolen it all for myself. it wasn't stolen, you paid the LS back for what you did to it.

i saw on your POL you cancelled in april. it was going to disappear on aug 1 at the end of the 3rd month after you cancelled. the only reason you could even see your character (and ridill) today was because i reactivated it. the only reason your gear wasnt deleted from the server was because i reactivated it. bgsouko is spending/has spent the gil on the members you could give a fuck less about and screwed over.

if his account wasn't reactivated yes its deleted, but its his items, just cos he loses the items doesn't give u right to take them

you also ignore the actual reason, stated above, that i did them by saying "if youre so angry about the ridill." lujan, sephirothid, and quicklet have all quit with ridills and aren't held in the same contempt. ridill is huge but isnt even scratcing the surface.

From the way I see it, logging on to someone's character and taking his stuff is stealing...even though he was stupid enough to give you his info.

I don't really see the argument here. It's just a simple question. Who owned the acct at the time of deactivation? If you don't own his acct, you have no right to invade it whatsoever. He could price his acct at $2000, it's his acct.

It's the same thing is if a thf broke into my house and took something. I don't go to his house and steal it back, I settle it like a civilize human being and settle it by calling authorities or in your case, communication, not just barbaric action.

Unless there is an agreement saying he owed the ls this amount of gil/item upon receiving benefits, I don't see any justification of taking his items.
