Technically by law what you did was illegal. The account itself, and all property on it, is owned by SE, which in turn as a player you rent from them and the space on the servers for which your character is stored. Considering the fact that his account was a bought license, giving him and only him (per SE rules of service), the option to store data on that space, you coming in and changing that data is actually internet fraud, or could be prosecuted as so. It does not matter that you activated it 3 days or 100 days prior to cancellation you still changed data on an account which you did not own a license to.

No, there's just a point when trying to prove something to a brick wall gets fucking retarded and you just give up. It's stupid to consider something like;
Ex 1: I can't get <xxx abjuration/kraken club> time to get my credit card.
And
Ex 2: My LS spent 100 of hours equipping/advancing your character, so I'm going to ask for it/buy it from you at incredibly low cost.
RMT, at least what it stands out for now, is negative in the sense that people swipe their credit card to get shit they would technically never fucking get.
