well, there isn't much more to argue if your way of doing things are opposite of what people do in a civilized law-enforced society. From what I can see you guys have 2 paths ahead of you. You either take the money and dump your integrity or you give back the money to its owner and keep your integrity. Don't try to justify something when it's clearly unlawful.

I'll just say one more thing about invading people's accts. Say I give the keys to my car to one of my friends. Although my friend has access to the vehicle, as long as I don't give him the permission to drive it, the second he drives that car away I can sue him for theft, trespassing, etc. I could've fucked his wife, rode his mom, kicked his dog, molested his kids, but he's still a thief for driving away what wasn't his.

I don't understand why people who don't like BG continue to post on BG forums. These are OUR forums, where naturally OUR opinion is going to be expressed because thats our right to do so here. I don't get what your getting at here. Are you saying that if someone argues a point of view that is wrong they should still be taken credibly? my issue has nothing to do with your language, it's your utter inability to acknowledge the counterarguments to your "bg is 2faced and RMTs" post. for the past number of pages on this thread you have refused to read what i'm trying to clarify.

Which brings us back to before. None of this legal shit holds water - because this is a game. So why bother trying to prove a legal point. This is more or less coming from a moral perspective, because the only thing that makes people gives things back is feeling VERY VERY BAD in game.
Morally, if that friend put in as much or MORE money as you, in said item, he deserves it just as much as you do. Or else why would you let him do it - aside from being a thieving whore sucking up all the good will.

So saying it again, the RMT comment was referring to a very specific thing. Sorry that we didn't elaborate further.
In one of my first posts, I said it was RMTing to buy an account. Real-money-trade. OK. Got that part figured out. The big thing is, bought account from friend for dirt cheap. Sure it's RMT. But it's not at all what we were talking about.
