Rather trying to understand my situation you are trying to find loop holes to discredit me and for them to keep the items, making it seem like its "ok". When in fact if this has happened to you, I think you would reconsider your thoughts on that situation.

our rules are pretty cut and dry on this subject. you're asking us to formulate opinions of other people based on what you said.

it's a "he said, she said" situation and yet when we ask for more information you're not willing to provide it.

When an item is given to you, it is in good faith and as a reward to show that hard work does pay off. All items given to you will remain LS property until a certain lotted time and that the Leader feels that you have truly deserved it, then it will be yours to keep.

what's the purpose of that clause if you have no intention of ever satisfying it? if there are loopholes in your rules, it's because you put them there so you can use it to your benefit.

He said he can dupe but he won't tell a soul how, I think he quit to.

There was an "issue" with duping that was found and corrected, which is the reason you can no longer purchase anything from anyones bazaar or AH as you're logging out

I've met, and am friends with bert irl. I'll tell you he's far from a failure, tony bert is a rl genius. So say what you want. He is a success in FFXI on a LARGE scale, and larger success in the near future. Its hard to prove yourself when you aren't even out of college.

As someone who has found success in life, I'll tell ya bert is light years ahead of the rest.

The only thing i can think of is that you dont know how to take this arguement to any other lvl then personal, ie. out of game related topics. The only parties i feel sorry for is;

1. BG for the loss of a old-good-member that has changed
2. Your LS which has lost a lot of your officers, and continues to lose more.
