I think I already put too much effort into it anyway, it's not an art class either... I wish I had access to other people's work in my class so you could all laugh with me... some kid's message was "bassists are better than guitarists" and he painted with the paint tool "Luke Basswalker" fighting "Guitarth Vader" each fighting with their respective instruments rather than light sabers. I wanted to puke and laugh at the same time.

Oh and get this, my idiot teacher... is missing... we don't know where she is and neither does her assistant, so class was cancelled and this isn't due for another week. I also got the pleasure of wasting over 2 hours driving to campus and finding out my only class was cancelled and driving back home. Fuck school, fuck it right in the ear.

That's the kinda thing that makes me not wanna do homework XD, but doing homework is the only reason I would go into school sometimes. What kind of class is it if it isn't design based?

Oh god, is it required or are you taking it for the hell of it? Personally I think the best way to learn is to use just it for your own purposes. I never had much Illustrator experience, but when the teacher was telling the class what to do I partially listened then thought "fuck that".

I don't listen to a word the teacher says since I've been using photoshop for a long ass time and think I have better techniques at doing things that she does, I also learned it on my own through tutorials online and through mainly trial and error, which is the best teacher imo.

The only suggestion I would make would be to use a photo of the forest in color (if you have one) and simply desaturate it to about 15-25%. Other than that, it looks good.
