Does chainspell make it 1 second recast?

Ok Marchx2 (non soulvoice) with HQ insturment is 17.8% haste with no gear or haste spell on
High level march (non soulvoice) with HQ insturment is 8.9% haste with no gear or haste spell on
In conclusion: it's pointless to ask for double march if you have 20% haste in gear and the haste spell on. D:

Actually, I've seen this before.. Chainspell does work with NIN spells.. We had a RDM/NIN tank some AF NM long time ago.. He used Chainpspell and spammed every NIN spell (to conserve MP) and to get hate back.Originally Posted by Xavier

Forget Ninja spells.....if they ever raise the level cap to 80, I will level RDM to 80 just for the purpose of /BLM, Chainspelling, and D2ing every person I meet before they know what is going on.
The way I tested march before as a BRD/NIN, with each march seperately they did the same, but when stacked the 2nd one wasn't as significant as the first, hence my thinking they were not an equal 10% and stacked to 20 like that.
Two words why speed belt will always be in high demand/high priced. Sea access. That and ppl have multiple characters or something like that where they wanna trade it, so speed belt is the way to go.
I don't understand what you mean about your two words and Ninurta's Sash is rare not rare/ex so its tradeable when the game gets to that point.Originally Posted by Shyla

(or in BG's case giving up after 3 hours on JOL =p)
Like most of us will ever even see a Ninurta, yea right.![]()
I heard the drop rate was being fixed in the patch, time will tell.Originally Posted by Demetrios

Given that Swift belt is different enough to be not entirely inferior, I don't see many people shelling 8 digits for Speed Belt.
one sold today for 33.5M. i dont believe they will entirely drop into a worthless item as many people here think.
for one, probably only 10% of all FFXI players even have lumoria access not to mention no one has even completed the virtues (not known). lumoria acess isnt like sky access which you can finish in 2 days. n. sash most likely wont be that easy to get anyway.
I imagine that sky was viewed the same way sea is now. Getting it may not have been seen as being as tedious. But the small amount of knowlege we have about sea now I'm sure is parallel to the amount of knowlege we had about sky this far into people having access.
One of two things will eventually happen with sea, drops rates will be upped and mobs will be made easier, or lvl cap will be raised. I don't expect it to happen anytime soon, but I highly doubt that SE will allow sea to become viewed more as an annoyance than a viable place for players to gain valuable equipment.
I think the fact is that the kind of people who pay 50 mil for a speedbelt would rather pay 150 mil for a ninurta sash when it gets to that point (3 years from now).Originally Posted by koiking
I don't think anybody is saying it'll happen overnight, but given time the sash will replace speedbelt.
If Absolute Virtue really drops 4 sins at once it will happen in pretty good time, but if it drops 1 sin, 1 aura per kill or none per fight . . .

For the effort it takes to even pop it, I'd say it better have a guarenteed drop on everything.
I've seen Apple Pie do this while he was solo'ing RNG AF3 NM, got low on HP hit CS, Cure IV Ni Refresh Haste Stoneskin Convert Cure IV I think, was pretty cool (though he nearly died)Originally Posted by Okan
