The reason it was between Bikkwin and Xavier is because both of them have the highest attendance in the LS and they both put in more work than the a lot of other PLDs. Bikkwin may be a second character but it was leveled from 1 to 75 on two jobs and Bikkwin has chosen to make it his main as opposed to his taru. It's not really all that different than if he had leveled his taru's PLD and NIN to 75 but he wanted a Galka for those jobs. He also puts his taru behind almost every other BLM in the LS in terms of lotting on stuff. The decision came down to Xavier or Bikkwin and since there was both strong arguments and some weak ones for both of them we decided to let them both lot and whoever won the lot because the chosen one.

I originally played on Fenrir with a 75 BRD. Migrated him to Hades. Was a bad choice. My friend who was still on Fenrir had a Galka 75 PLD and 75 SAM and he quit, so it became the LS Mule. I asked if I could use it and that is the character I am using until SE possibly allows a server change again.
