Actually relic lance's add effect is "Weakens Defense" which is pretty pimp, the WS is Shock Spikes which is gay, but it's probably (dare I say it) a solid weapon since 3x Damage can probably activate on Jump, not to mention it's got a D100 rating which will make for some insane hits.

You realize everything you just said is meaningless to 95% of the FF populace, including noobs who haven't even unlocked DRG?
All of this is because of the stigma placed on them by a few people, and their views spread into a religious hatred for DRGs, including good ones.
People won't even invite them anymore, or even think about it because of the big "D" "R" "G" by their name. For all they know they could have 100x more expensive and better equip then the joe-shmoe blm they invited with an underleved sub and only 1 stave.
