You may synth under your own terms, which obviously you set as a pre-requisite prior to the synthesis (I would imagine), however, if someone approaches you with "I want <object> synthed, if NQ I'll pay <money>, if HQ I'll pay <higher amount> of money more" or w/e, or ya know, if you both agree to a monetary unit for the NQ or HQ, once you agree to do the synthesis if the person provides the money (for either NQ or HQ), now you gotta give it to them with the new rules Food for thought~

sure if you agree to a set price before the synth, but if we came to no pre-arranged agreement, it's pretty much gonna be mine, and im gonna make them a nq. ;3

Hence why people are stupid to not consider the HQ possibility and what to do from there, however, also blindsiding them is like a form of entrapment no? >.>

thats why befoer every commision synth I always set terms for teh HQ..just in case. I tell them the price and if they dont like it well there is two things we can do..

1. I keep the HQ and make thier NQ for them

2. We sell teh HQ and split the proceeds and they can have me try another synth.

Most like my rules..If they don't well no sweat.

Well on Bismarck, the only Dalm-1 to ever appear was made by Skrgrs(JP) and in 2004 and just yesterday, I saw a RDM called Eruder wearing Dalm-1 so I take the guess he bought it from Skrgrs and that its Bismarck only one.
