I totally agree on that Hirro, after they changed that part (and had to change it out again a day or so later) the servers have been at their worst since, just take a look at the pol site and look at all the emergency maintenance's and other stuff since it was changed .

Maintenance usually coincide with resets, so there is a good possiblity of timers and such being reset.
