They key items will obviously -not- come from jailers.

1) You can enter Limbus every 3 days.
2) You need new key items every time you enter Limbus.
3) It specifically says the key items will be obtained "in the Al'taieu area.", and not "in the Lumoria area".

Now if key items were obtained from jailers somehow, that would mean people would have to be killing these jailers every 3 days. It also means EVERYONE who was going into limbus would have to be killing these same jailers every 3 days. Since the mobs are in Al'taieu it means they would be tier 2 Jailers, and hence everyone who wanted to enter Limbus would also have to be killing tier 1 Jailers AND getting the virtues every 3 days. End result - nobody would ever be entering Limbus every 3 days (or even 3 weeks for that matter) because there simply wouldn't be enough time in the day to kill the tier 1 jailers enough time to get the drops, and kill the tier 2 jailers every 3 days.

Sorry, but it's just stupid. It won't work that way. Regular mobs in Al'taieu will drop an item that you trade for a key item.

The NPC definitely seems to be in Jeuno.

Speculation:

Reading over the text with the Tear of Altana key item in mind, that could be the key item obtained from a monster they're talking about, and the other key item would be from the NPC by meeting conditions (gil and/or a mini quest like ENM, who knows). So you would keep the tear permanently and get the other key item back each time.

The Dawn BC you get the tear from is in Empyreal Paradox, but that's in Al'Taieu. The Garden, Palace and Paradox are all parts of Al'Taieu, I don't think ruling those out because they used the specific word "Al'Taieu" instead of "Lumoria" is the right idea.

Ok, it says there are two Limbus zones and each zone is divided into several different routes. It doesn't say how many "several" is though. Could be 100 for all we know. Here is my speculation.

- One Limbus will be accessible through The Garden of Ru'Hmet, and the other will be accessible through The Grand Palace of Hu'Xzoi.
- You enter Limbus by checking an Ebon Panel with both key items in hand.
- Each Ebon Panel (there are 4 per race tower I think, so 20 total) will take you to a different Limbus route.

This pic was atached to the update, with the news regarding the two new areas... There are two new areas, the pic clearly shows its next to a craig.
Now two of the craigs have 3 porters one currently unused

*Entering Limbus
The following requirements must be met before Limbus can be accessed:
Ability to travel to Al’Taieu
Be in possession of two specific key items

This could mean, you need sea to get the Tear key item. after all SE are not going to give exact details regarding quests, and to say emp.paradox would in my eyes be bit of a give away.

Unfortunatly i wont be able to get on when the update is finished (damn se hate eu players, maint allways in eu primetime ) chances are im wrong, but consider this while exploring and finding out ^_^

One of the areas is probably going to be Lower Promyvion but I would guess it is inside of the Al'Taieu mothercrystal, not one of the Crags.
