HQ NIN AF1 boots probably just extend the time frame in which they work to something like 16:00 to 8:00, giving the movement speed 2/3 of the time.

i doubt that, the diff between them is 2 agi and 6 int. int helps with ninjutsu.

Ever tossed Manji's at exp mobs? The results are fairly decent. Even throwing them at gods is decent.

Nin AF1+1 Mask seems really pimp - 8 Evasion 8 Agi and more

And shurikens own - excellent dmg/delay ratio - just too expensive at later levels
