i have edited dats and it doesn't crash. personally i'm pissed off we can't change our race anymore. ffs i'd think they have bigger problems then breaking that program :\

I changed the green darters to red darters. I switched them back and completely logged out and logged back in. It's fine now.

Bring up Task Manager and close pol.exe that's active in there newb. You're having exe conflicts.

Compare the date of the data file that it wants to send versus the date of the data on your computer. That would not be illegal since it is updating your game and those files belong to it.
