Ahh.. even better Kuno, take the scape goat out that well some other job can do enfeebling better so BLMs "weren't meant to do it." Yes I can enfeeble "tough" things, slow/para/blind on Nidhogg/Fafnir, gravity on KB, reliably solo Aw'aerns, enfeebles on Kindreds and Kindred NMs, etc. Zomg BLMs shouldn't do this cause all I want to think I can do is nuke and stun. You didn't even specify it was crap to replace errant, I believe it was just crap, with no more words following that sentence. But I'm sorry, BLMs weren't meant to enfeeble because RDMs have higher skill, RDMs weren't meant to heal because WHMs have higher skill, and those fucking WARs should never use anything but Axes.

A BLM can enfeeble almost anything a RDM can enfeeble reliably. Other than gods (which Red Mages cannot enfeeble reliably even with +1,000,000,000 skill and magic accuracy), I rarely ever see BLMs having trouble sticking enfeebles without the need to carry around a lot of extra gear.

You can paralyze Fafnir? One of our RNG subbed WHM and was able to Paralyze Fafnir. I have heard of Bards sticking Paralyze on Kirin. Enfeebling is one of the most useless and frustrating skills in the game.

I think you missed the point.

Rora was stating that BLMs often do what is outside their top skill (Elemental Magic), just like all the other jobs do. To say BLMs should be nuking and not debuffing or anything is to say WAR should never use a sword because it's not a top skill.

I'll spend 50+mil on nin if i have to but im not spending 50+mil to do gimp dmg and not be needed on drk. AF is free, if the job is going to suck atleast let it be really cheap to play.

PS: your +70str is full of -evasion +slow% +dmg% taken crap, AF is nice all around armor with a nice HP/MP boost, good for solo/duo etc.

Just a quick question.

In order to get the upgrades and keep a set of the the regular AF for Level Cap stuff, would I need to speak to the AF reset NPC first? Trade my AF to get AF+1 then request the normal ones?

Anyone done this yet?

I don't mind waiting to request the gear until my upgrades are done, but would hate to have them tell me I can't redo the quests until I get rid of +1. Or does that matter?
