I know it has been in the .dats, and that some mobs in castle O on the upper tier are *rumored* to use it. I saw a tip which seemed more credible than the average rumor - but have since been unable to find more info or relocate that tip.

ALSO I havent really looked into the scrolls before but there is a :SAN version for all ninja spells defined at diff levels

I usually am, but it really grinds my gears when people follow rumors with 0 claim to be true, and then don't bother actually looking for the information but saying they did.

It takes 60 seconds to find out it was already posted, and another 60 to search somepage to find it wasn't added as well.

That or visit Lower Jeuno, shout asking about it, and hear the laughs.

Non-NM mobs use other high tier spells that players don't have, such as Dia III and Bio III. The Brady guide even lists Bio III as being a RDM spell, lol.

Banishga III also. And Banish III before it was given to us WHMs. The Ancient Magic tier II spells. There's a lot of spells/abilities in game that we do not get. Just because it's "in" the game does not mean we'll get it.
