The account manager is there to impartially review suspensions to determine if they warrant permanent account closure. If they're simply rubberstamping the GMs whims, what oversight is there? What guarantees can SE provide us that their GMs won't go powertripping like this?

Now THERE'S a question I'd like to see asked at that ffxi convention thingy

My friend got banned for the same reason, swearing, and wasnt allowed to have his account back.

they banned a mule we used to share (Minimonkey).

I lost some gear and almost lost 120mil (move it to another mule on my character a few hours before the ban taking elitaone's advice)

I don't remember what i had in there but some stuff are expensive, most of my beastmaster gear was stored in there (titami shield, other stuff like dynamis currency/new ancient currency)

Damn, this is bullshit. They ban any accounts that are under your name as far as billing. Should have listened to rustymetal, even if it sounded a bit made up.

There is no way to call SE to see if i can get these items back right?

they should restore the account for these items, they sent 1 person back before, if i remember correctly, to send some times back to his friend.

GM said he can't really do anything. I'm sure he was trying to see what he could do because after i sent him my problem and i told him what went on in tells, he took a while to reply back, so...

Don't talk to the GMs, they're worthless.

Call the support line up today. Talk to someone who can actually do something.

It does say to contact the POL Support Center...

In my friends case, his mule was the LS bank, and when he got banned, they wouldnt even let him give his stuff away.

However, another GM for my other friend who got banend (for killing gilsellers, because those gilsellers are so precious to SE <3 ) , was allowed to give his stuff away quickly.

All depends on the vagina face of a GM you get. If you get that cool one that I spoke with a while back, Shoukyaku or whatever, they might let you.

That GM seems to be a really nice new one.

Btw, after GM's close the account , it doesnt seem like they can do anything about it anymore, but they'll act like they can so they can rub their e-semen on your face.
