I didn't expect an HQ by any means. I thought I'd try my luck. Besides, I have faith in Tengaar's skills. He r0xx0rz and I respect him very much. I'm well aware of the HQ tiers on things, but I still wanted a shield regardless. Jesus... why do I waste my time on you people.

Total of at least 4 on bahamut, haven't checked AH for shield, but it seems that gunrir made his long ago signed and never did a AH display, while the other ppl got it made so never put it up on AH. If u really want a HQ make around 100, that covers ur 1% tier. Sorry for those who thinks they are hot getting 10-20 made, but last time someone had koenig body made it took 148.

If you do craft it, test it and see how the affect works. If it's what people think it is, just post proof on a server forum and take offers.

For most crafts anything above level 95 is considered HQ0 tier. Luckily 95 and under is always HQ1.

bout 10% hq rate on that with at least 1 piece of guild gear and support; thats nothing too fancy, though 2 in 11 is pretty lucky.

I highly doubt the HQ of this shield has any sort of extra effect over NQ, SE arent ones to do that. Look at the proc rate on stuff like Acid dagger lol, its the same on HQ.

Just cause it's a rare HQ doesnt say much for it's worth
