I made it sometime back.
I was doing a skill up PT. The JPN Pld asked if I can upgrade his Diamond Shield to Ice Shield. So... to some odd reason it turned out to be a HQ version. (Man I should have signed it. Moral Lesson Keep a stack of every type of HQ Crystal in your MH, just in case of some odd request.)
