That hp is nothing but to show off seriously It's nice to have 2k+ hp, but those poor taru blm don't have the 2k hp yet they do have the hate :D

thats the main point of all this. Your tanking set up should be entirely based off of your LS set up. We've done nearly or over 20 Tiamats, with times generally around 1-1.5hrs (any lack of speed is from lack of dmg'rs not bad hate control tho, most of those the plds never died.) We've always used PLD/WAR until the last 1-2 tiamats where we tried out NIN/WAR. it really doesn't matter what set up you go with it, as long as the mage support can back it up. we've never had a tiamat spike flail, (one close call [xxxx is out of range]on our first tiamat - but our strat wasn't defined at that point, we were testing strats XD) nor nidhogg/fafnir. We've had one on jorm but that was also a long time ago before we had our strat down. To each their own.
