guess that's one thing decent about Quetzy XD (though I still think the coins are too high there). They are 10k at most 15k (some try 20k but they never get sold). So you are looking at 180,000,000 to 270,000,000 mil. Certainly better than almost a bil or half a bil x.x And if the coins were back to 5k.. the full upgrades would be a much kinder 90mil~ish (not counting the other crap you tend to buy for the first to upgrades which cost a few mil)

Excalibur is the only relic weapon that says an additional effect like that... the other weapons do other things (poison, blind, etc). There's a list here in the second post.

Yeah it would suck to find out otherwise when you get there. I'm not sure anyone posting on this site has gone to central apollyon yet and have only done central temenos.

My group currently has the 4 apollyon chips and we plan on trying central next time we go. We would have had 4 already and tried it yesterday, but our limbus schedule was ruined from the constant maintanence and login difficulties last week.

-(rumored) 20hp/tick poison on dagger...problematic if your LS needs to sleep stuff, but if you need to consistantly sleep stuff, you have other things to worry about.
-double light SkillChain that enhances MB damage (certain I read this in the Jaypee-Bravura thread, could of just been thunder weather).

Sword's add effect doesn't give any hate, major drawback because it requires the pld to wear accuracy gear/sacrifice enmity gear to have a nice hit rate on HNMs, making him less of a tank and more of a DD, a DD that is easily replaced by adding a BLM to the alliance, but thats my 2 cents on it now. I didn't know but to me it was all hanging on the add effect generating a lot of enmity.

Generally speaking, like I said, my opinion now is that I'd rather devote 300,000,000 to buying everyone in the LS a speedbelt rather than relic weapons, or something of that nature.

On the topic, take lots of SS please. We're about 3 days away from entering ourselves (GG BERT), but any more pictures would be a nice way to satisfy my hunger. A few pieces of the new sets look amazing, I badly want the pld hands, +3 enmity, hp/mp and 3% haste right?

Cry me a river... 12% Haste and 8 STR in one slot and you guys still complain? 12% haste is more then I have in 3 slots on WAR, all slots of which you can equip the same amount of haste in. Seriously.. if any job can complain, its not MNK.

I'd rather get Seiryu's Kote, Byakko's Haidate and Kirin's Osode over homam set for my thf, any day.


unless homam body "enhance triple attack" stacks nicely w/ my merits + AF2 boots.
