Why do I still see people levelling up DRG?

I was more curious about how you compared on gods and such.

Like I said, with good STR gear, DRG do decent damage against gods, but it still doesn't compare to what a SAM, WAR, and even what a good geared DRK can do.

Ever since the ranger nerf, as far xping on VT and IT mobs go, I've been able to evenly match and occasionaly outdamage (measured through parser) some rangers; however, incredibly geared rangers still outdamage me.

Same applies to THF, for the most part parsers show me outdamaging THF in xp parties by a little bit, but then if you bring one with insane gear (Dragon Harness, etc) they can outdamage me.

Once again. DRG = only decent, and tiniest role in endgame. I still don't regret leveling it though.

If one day they actually do decide to ungimp DRGs (the chance of this day coming is slim to none because SE enjoys torturing us), I wonder what people's reactions will actually be like. Makes you wonder

It isnt worth losing double attack, warcry, berserk etc for a 6 minute ability.

If some body blacklists you on your mule, will you be blacklisted on your main character also? thinking that they are on the same account.

No the game only filters the exact player name you blacklist, I have people's mules blisted just because they have gay names, but I can still converse with their main.

Remember that in "theory" mule slots were designed as possibly another player in your household also (not just always a storage character), so they don't have any sort of cross-reference with your main besides possibly POL friend lists shared by the content ID.

When I was in BG, I would sub DRG on DRK main and do 450 damage jumps with soul eater in dynamis. I can see it as decent ballista sub but there are so many better options out there that I wonder why ppl try and take it all the way.

Because they wanna take it all the way? At 60 ish I knew I wasn't gonna be in any end game LS or anything like that, I was fine w/ it. I could really give 2 shits less what other people think. After I got my drg to 75 I apppplied to the 2nd best LS on my server and got in :wink: I have fun on my job and I dont care when I see someone out DD me, it's not really the end of the world. IMO if you don't have fun there is no reason to play.
