My japanese friend once told me thatif you take and suburban house and plop it down in the middle of tokyo, the square footing would cost around 10million for medium sized homes. The tokyo metropolital area has 10million people. That's 10million people squeezed into the size of connecticut. The only way to build is up, and it's hella expensive.

Btw... Nikkei I'm 5'4" and I can two box with my room set up similar to how you described: You just have to make one job one that is a support job (like RDM) and one that requires the services of the first job (like BLM). When the refresh wears out on the BLM, you know it's time to switch to the RDM and give refresh cycle, hah!
